Someone that I think is definitely a leader is Walt Disney. He has had such a huge positive influence in so many people lives. He never ever gave up on his dreams and always followed his heart and did exactly what he wanted to do. He never let anything that anyone said stop him or slow him down in the process. In his industry he was the first to do many things in animation like the first cartoon character with color, the first cartoon with sound, first full length animated feature. Everything he did lead the animation industry to where it is today. He also created "theme parks," before Walt Disney there were just amusement parks but he wanted to create a park with a story and theme behind it. Walt Disney has helped so many people to be encouraged to pursue their dreams. Although he is not alive anymore he has always been such a great role model for kids. Most importantly he brought joy to children and adults with his cartoons and with his theme parks and brought families closer together.
I couldn't have said it better myself. I think Walt Disney is a huge inspiration, and you had to have been a great leader if the company you created is still thriving and policies you laid down (for the company) are still in place after your death. He obviously wasn't perfect; no one is. However, he inspired so many and influenced so much that he, to this day, is still a highly respected social figure.
